    halved cherry tomatoes
  • 0.333 cup
    sliced red onion
  • 0.333 cup
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 can
    butter beans
  • 1 can
    tuna (drained)

    cucumber (diced)
  • 0.25 cup
    Parmesan cheese (shredded optional)
Directions
  • To prepare dressing, whisk together first 7 ingredients (lemon juice through pepper) until blended.
  • Combine tomatoes, onion, parsley, beans and tuna in a bowl. Toss to combine and top with cheese (optional). Serve and enjoy.
